and other financial institutions on a commercial real estate and asset-based loan transactions throughout Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, including, but not limited to, those being made pursuant to the various SBA programs.
When representing lenders, we draft the loan commitments and other loan documents and negotiate their terms with borrower’s counsel. In addition, we review and negotiate title insurance coverage with third-party settlement agents, where applicable, and otherwise coordinate the closings on behalf of our clients. We are also able to assist in any subsequent loan restructurings and/or foreclosures.
